Before registering it is recommended to read the instructions below.

According to the Conference Registration Policy each accepted ISR/ROBOTIK 2010 paper must have at least one Registration attached to it before 15 February, 2010 in order to be included in the CD ROM proceedings.

The registration fee for Session Chairs and Programme Committee Members are
€ 350 or € 420 after 14 May 2010.

Registration fees include 1 CD-ROM, coffee-breaks and one Automatica fair ticket.
The Gala Dinner is also included, except for Day Registration and Student Registration. Since the places for the Gala Dinner are limited we operate on a first
 come - first served basis.

* Member is defined as a company or a person that is a member of VDE/VDI, VDMA or DGR. Members are required to send together with their registration a valid Member Card / Students are required to send together with their registration a valid Student ID by e-mail to or by fax to +49-69 96 31 5213 in order to validate their registration, otherwise full registration will be required on-site.
VDMA and DGR members please mention their membership accordingly on the registration form.

Only ONE author can register for the speaker fee.

** Speaker fee only applies for up to two papers. Each additional paper costs extra.

Please note that, if you register as a Speaker, you have to provide the EDAS-Paper ID number on your registration.

Cancellation policy:

All requests for refund must be in writing and received on or prior to 06 May 2010 (except Speaker). No refunds will be granted after this date. There will be a 60 EUR service charge for all refunds.

Visa Letter Enquiry:

All participants who need a Visa Confirmation Letter are requested to send an email providing the information below to with subject ROBOTIK - VISA LETTER.
Please be aware that Confirmation Letters will only be send after full registration and payment have been made.
