Below is a list of the available companion tours as of July 28, 2009. All tours will be operated by professional tour guides. The language on all tours will be English.

Registration:

Please note that registrations are only possible with a valid credit card. For online registration please click here or complete the Hotel and Tour Reservation Form and fax the signed form to EUROKONGRESS: +49 (0)89 210 98698.  

Cancellation policy:

No refund is possible for cancellations received after July 27, 2009. All cancellations or changes have to be made in writing to the sponsorship & exhibition organizer.

Changes:

An administration fee of €23.80 incl VAT will be charged for reservation changes. However, name changes are possible free of charge at any time.

Half-day tour: Munich at a glance: First impressions

First ImpressionsThis tour of the historic inner city will give you an overview of Munich’s most important sights. Discover what this international “city with a heart” has to offer its guests: historic buildings, spectacular museums and churches, cafés and shops. An ideal introduction for first-time visitors!

 Half-day tour: The splendour of Rococco: A historical walk in the city center

 

The Splendour of RococcoExplore the treasures of downtown Munich on a sightseeing tour of historical sites. Churches are among Munich’s most famous landmarks, and include the Cathedral with its characteristic twin towers and old St. Peter’s Church, a perfect example of post-war reconstruction. Other highlights include the Rococo masterpieces of the Asam brothers, who created small but unique pearls of local Rococo architecture such as the Trinity Church and the tiny Asam Church. Of course you won’t miss Munich’s most famous landmark: the dancing figures and carillon on the City Hall Tower.
