Registration Fees:

* Participants applying for the membership fee or student fee must include a copy of their membership / student card to the registration form.

Information for Authors:
Authors are not excempt from registration fees.

Presenting authors (oral or poster) cannot register as an exhibitor and must pay the regular registration fee.

Any communication must end up in a unique registration. In case you are co-author of several accepted papers, please check that one different author is registered for each paper.

Please note: If you are a STUDENT and PRESENTING AUTHOR please register for the reduced Student (Presenting Author) fee.

Information for Exhibitors:
Reduced exhibition badge (includes the conference attendance, catering during the conference and the welcome reception, not the conference dinner) for 450,00 € available.

Tickets for booth person only (Catering during the conference including welcome reception, excluding conference attendance and the conference dinner) for 250,00 € available.

Additional Dinner Ticket:
Additional dinner ticket for accompanying persons can be purchased for 90,00 € each.

 Visa Letter Enquiry:
All participants who need a Visa Confirmation Letter are requested to send an email providing the information below to vde-conferences@vde.com with the subject "ESREF 2016 - Confirmation letter for VISA application". Please note, that visa application letters will be sent only after your registration is completed.

Cancellation:
In case of cancellation, provided that written notice is received at the VDE-Conference Services before August 18, 2016 (except authors registration), the registration fee will be fully refunded less a handling fee of 60,00 €. After August 18, 2016 no refund will be given. Proceedings will then be sent to the registrant after the conference.
