Technische Universität Berlin (TUB)

The internationally renowned TUB is located in Germany’s capital city at the heart of Europe. Founded 135 years ago as one of the first Technical Universities, it took a leading role in supporting industrial development of Berlin. Nowadays, one of the strongest schools of electrical engineering, computer science and basic sciences in Germany, research and education thrive on a unique network with industry and numerous renowned research institutes, represented at this conference by the co-chairing Fraunhofer Institute for Reliability and Microsystem Technology FhG IZM and Ferdinand Braun Institute for High frequency devices (namely GaN transistors), and the participation of IHP Frankfurt/Oder.
