Exhibition Area: just in front of all conference rooms for oral sessions; coffee breaks will be
served in the Exhibition Hall in the morning and afternoon; the lunch area will be adjacent
to the exhibition area providing high exposure of the exhibition booth to the participants. Exhibit space is available on first come first served basis. Additional equipment and further advertisement

Booth Space Rental (prices subject to 19% VAT)

Before January 31, 2012: 240,- €/sqm
From January 31, 2012: 290,- €/sqm

Space cost include:

• Rental of space (raw space without side and back walls; double-booths 6 x 2 m available on request)
  
• 1 table 120 x 60 cm, 2 chairs
• General illumination
• Security service
• General clean-up
• 1 full conference registration
  
• One booth personnel 
• Your company logo and 50 words company profile in the conference program (to be sent to vde-conferences@vde.com).
