The official language of the ROBOTIK 2012 is English. 

Final Paper Submission (please read thoroughly)

Authors are requested to submit their paper electronically through EDAS not later than March 25, 2012. To upload your final paper login at https://edas.info ,click on "My Papers" and select the corresponding paper. Click on the Upload-Symbol (folder with green arrow) right next to "Final manuscript" and upload your final paper.

Full Papers must be submitted in electronic form and in English only. The accepted electronic file format is Portable Document Format (PDF). When transmitting their paper, authors of accepted papers are expected to have read and accepted the copyright policy.

Author Registration
At least one full registration is required per paper. Inclusion of accepted papers in the conference proceedings CD-ROM is conditional upon receiving payment for at least one full registration per paper latest by March 15, 2012. 

Paper formatting guidelines
The total length of a paper should not exceed 6 pages. Papers exceeding 6 pages will not be considered, regardless of the technical quality.

Revising your paper in EDAS
After you have submitted your paper you can revise your submission at any time before the submission deadline of 23:59 PM CET, March 25, 2012.

To revise your submission go to your ROBOTIK 2012 EDAS paper. Just upload a new PDF version the same way you did already for the previous version. Please do not instead register and submit the new version as if it were a separate new paper since this will duplicate the paper registration records.

You can also revise your own EDAS account information from your ROBOTIK 2012 EDAS Homepage. To do so click on "My profile" at the top in EDAS to edit your profile.
