Important Information for Authors:
Authors are not excempt from registration fees. Reduced price only for presenting authors (oral/poster).
According to the Conference Registration Policy each accepted ISR 2016 paper must have at least one registration attached to it before April 1st, 2016 in order to be included in the electronic proceedings. One presenting author can register max. 3 papers.
Please note: EVEN if you are STUDENT and presenting author for the accepted paper for ISR 2016, you have to register for the author fee.

Visa Letter Enquiry
All participants who need a Visa Confirmation Letter are requested to send an email providing the information below to vde-conferences@vde.com with subject ISR 2016 - Confirmation letter for VISA application. Please note that visa application letter will be sent only after completed registration.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation, provided that written notice is received at the VDE-Conference Services before April 30, 2016 (except authors registration), the registration fee will be fully refunded less a handling fee of EURO 60,00. After April 30, 2016 no refund will be made. Proceedings will then be sent to the registrant after the conference.
