• The paper title and all authors (including affiliation, email and mailing address)
• A short paper abstract (about 200 words)
• The paper category (oral or poster presentation)
• The most suitable topic area from the list of conference topics
   (1-3 selections possible)
• Manuscript as pdf file

The updated draft paper submission or draft paper updates may be done any time after the paper has been registered, but not later than the extended submission deadline on April 15, 2013.
Note that only pdf file format is accepted.

Author registration

Authors will be asked to submit a final manuscript (maximum 5 pages) after their submitted abstract has been accepted by the reviewers. The conference proceedings will only contain papers that are presented in the conference. Therefore, at least one author must register for full rate until the extended deadline on July 22, 2013 (=camera ready submission deadline). Students, submitting papers, must also register for full rate.
One full registration can cover up to two papers. Failure to register before the deadline will result in withdrawal of the paper from the conference program and the proceedings. Any paper included in the conference program, but not being presented at the conference according to the published schedule will not appear in the official proceedings in IEEE Xplore.
