The official language of INTELEC® 2013 is English. All submitted papers must be in English. Download the Call for Papers.


Submission
An abstract must reflect the content of the later presentation accurately and
must correlate to the listed topics. The abstract (pdf) should not be shorter than 250 words and not longer than 500 words. The abstract must be submitted through the online paper management system EDAS.

Template
Please use the following template to submit your abstract.
Papers will not be accepted if they include commercial advertising or product endorsements. All submitted abstracts will be peer reviewed. Accepted papers will be included in IEEE Xplore.

Registration
Authors are not excempt from registration fees.

Tutorials
Proposals for tutorials should consist of a 1000 word summary plus a 150 word abstract with a cover page listing the details of the author(s). Submissions must be made via e-mail to hatice.altintas@vde.com by April 30, 2013.

Deadlines 

Extended deadline abstract submission: February 15, 2013
Notification of acceptance: April 15, 2013
