Registration
Before registering it is recommended to read the instructions below.
According to the Conference Registration Policy each accepted Intelec 2013 paper must have at least one full Registration attached to it before July 31, 2013 in order to be included in the CD ROM proceedings. One presenting author can register max. 2 papers.
Please Note: EVEN if you are STUDENT and have an accepted paper for Intelec 2013, you have to register for the Regular fees.
You can register for Intelec 2013 via the
On-line Registration system or by using the
Fax Form.
Registration fees
The conference fee includes admission to all sessions as well as to the daily coffee-breaks and lunch-snacks, the proceedings (CD-ROM Only) and the conference dinner.

* Please note that, if you register as a presenting author, you have to provide the EDAS-Paper ID number on your registration.

Payment of Conference fee
Payment for registration, including bank charges and processing fees, must be made in Euro.
The conference fee has to be fully paid in advance. Confirmation of registration will be sent after full payment has been received at the VDE-Conference Services.
The following methods of payment are accepted:
- By credit card authorisation as per registration form. The 16 digit card number, expiry date, security No. (last 3 digits on rear side of credit card) and holder's name must be indicated on the registration form. Signature of the card holder is mandatory.
- Cash payment on-site in EURO (€) for conference delegates only (not applicable for authors!).
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, provided that written notice is received at the VDE-Conference Services before September 13, 2013 (except authors registration), the registration fee will be fully refunded less a handling fee of EURO 60,00. After September 13, 2013 no refund will be made. Proceedings and CD-ROM will then be sent to the registrant after the conference.
Visa Letter Enquiry
All participants who need a Visa Confirmation Letter are requested to send an email providing the information below to vde-conferences@vde.com with subject Intelec 2013 - Confirmation letter for VISA application. Please note that visa application letter will be sent only after completed registration.
